CrochetSmile (ItsCrochetSmile) is a handmade crochet studio based in Baytu, Barmer, Rajasthan 344034, India. "We" and "us" below mean the studio; "you" means anyone using this website.

Using the site at all means you accept what follows. If you do not, please simply stop using it.

Every piece shown on this site has been designed and made, but the first batch for sale is still being stitched. There is no checkout, no cart, and no way to pay us through this website.

Prices shown are what we expect to charge when a batch opens. They are indicative, not a binding offer, and may change before orders open.

A custom enquiry is a conversation, not an order. Work begins only after we have sent you a sketch and a price and you have agreed to both in writing. Until then neither side owes the other anything.

Because commissions are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned once made, other than where the law requires it or where we have got it wrong.

These are handmade objects. No two are identical, dye lots vary, and colours differ between screens. We photograph honestly and describe accurately, but small variation is a property of hand work rather than a fault.

If you send us a photo, sketch or description for a commission, you confirm you have the right to share it. We will not use it for anything except making your piece, unless you tell us we may.

We will not copy another maker’s design, and we cannot make licensed characters without permission.

The designs, photographs, text and code on this site belong to us. You are very welcome to share links and screenshots. Please do not reproduce our patterns or photographs commercially without asking first — asking usually works.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best a small studio can, but we do not promise it will never be wrong or never go down.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Barmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away any right the law where you live gives you to bring a dispute closer to home.

When orders open, these terms will grow to cover payment, delivery and returns. We will update this page before taking anyone’s money, and the date at the top will tell you when it last changed.
